Symplectic geometry methods on Hamiltonian dynamics

摘要:Recently symplectic geometry methods have made some significant progresses on Hamiltonian dynamics. One result is Hofer-Zehnder conjecture proved E.Shelukhin. The other result is the multiplicity-conjecture on S^(2n-1) in R^(2n) solved by E.Cineli, V.Ginzburg and B.Gurel. This seminar will talk the main ideas of these recent important results. And we will review all the relevant parts, which is connected to these questions, from the most elementary knowledge. The purpose of this seminar is to introduce students and researchers who are interested in symplectic geometry to the foremost research topics in this direction. If possible, this seminar will last for many times to give all the details needed for future research. It depends on the participants’ interest.
